PropertyStuff.com is a digital marketplace that brings together buyers and sellers hence facilitating the exchange of information and trading between them. The portal provides an easy and cost effective channel for both buyers and sellers to engage in e-Commerce and thereby produce new revenue channels in the property business.
The portal provides a single point of access for buyers and sellers and also opens up new trading partnerships between them. Sellers can advertise their products to multiple buyers and reach a market which is never explored and buyers can get access to a lot of sellers getting in turn competitive pricing on the products and services that they will be using.

We have developed and implemented Online Benefit Management System (OBMS), an Intranet solution in Web Technology, which automates the benefit enrollment procedures for the associates of Carroll County General Hospital, Westminster, MD USA. Carroll County General Hospital comprises of four hospitals - Carroll County General Hospital, Carroll Home Care, Carroll Hospice and MSO and has over 1000 associates working for them.
