| Offshore Development: |
| Offshore development activity at Cybermate Infotek Limited (CIL) can be viewed broadly in three models. |
| Model I: E - OSDC Model (Extended Offshore Development Center): |
| Under this model, the manpower, infrastructure, communication and administrative support is arranged by CIL. The project management, quality assurance, delivery mechanism are the responsibility of the overseas client. In other words, it is an extended facility of the client for development in India. The clients manager resides at CIL office in this phase. In this model, the client can concentrate on the technology, delivery and quality of the development. The development environment, resource mobilization and general administration can be taken care by CIL. |
| Model II: JV Model (Joint Venture): |
| Under this model, the client passes on the design and standards to CIL. CIL follows the set standards in developing the software and delivers to the client. CIL is responsible for project management, mobilization of resources and deliverables. The client can supervise the quality and monitor progress from remote location. |
| Model III: Complete - OSDC Model: |
| Under this model, CIL takes up the total project as turnkey. The CIL team will make the study of the project and prepare Project Management Plan, Quality Assurance Plan and Test Plans. Under the accepted development standards, CIL takes up the entire responsibility of development and delivers the project. |
