He is sixty one (61) years old. He has done B. Com from Sri Venkateswara University, Andhra Pradesh in the year 1966 and CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1971. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since the year 1975. He has thirty one (31) years of experience in industries such as Electrical Appliances, Food Processing, Ship Building, Cement, Cement Products and Textiles, pharmaceuticals etc., to his credit. His experience has been in the area of Financial Management, Management Accounting and Taxation. He
has also been involved in the management of large companies such as Vijay Electricals, A. P. Fisheries Corporation, Hindusthan Shipyard Ltd., Andhra Cements Ltd., Visaka Industries Ltd., and SOL Pharma Ltd. He promoted CIL in the year 1994. At present he is Managing Director of CIL.

Is a science graduate has more than twenty (20) years experienced entrepreneur in Software Development, Training and IT services. He has been instrumental in launching various Corporate training programs in Central University, CCMB, NGRI, SBI ICIM, ASCI, Engineering Staff College Hyderabad. His IT career began in 1987 with Pertech Computers Ltd and later moved on to manage MIS departments in Steel, Electronics & Pharmaceutical companies before promoting Cybermate Infotek in 1994. Presently he is Director and Chief Operations Officer of CIL.
Mr. P. Chandra Sekhar, Director Finance,
He is thirty one (31) years old. He has done B.Com from Osmania University, Hyderabad. in the year 1995, ICWAI from Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India in the year 1998 and CA Inter from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1998. He has worked with Yusuf Ahmed Alghanim and Sons WLL, Kuwait, a large retailing company as senior Financial Analyst from January 2005 to December 2005. He is having experience in International Trade Practice. He joined the board of CIL on July 13, 2006. At present he is Director - Finance of CIL..
Mr. K. K. Rao, An NRI & Independent Director,
He is fifty six (56) years old. He has done B.Com from Sri Venkateswara University, A.P. in the year 1968 and CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1972. He has worked with large industries like Bharath Earth Movers Ltd., AP Fisheries Corporation, Lasheo Group of companies. He is presently managing a construction company Al Baraha Trading and Contracting Co., in Doha, Qatar for the past sixteen (16) years. He is an NRI director on the Board. He joined the Board of CIL on 30th September 1996.
