Position: ETL QA Leader
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum Six years of experience in Software testing having Strong DWH/BI testing background and at least 2 years of experience in ETL testing
- Strong technical skill in SQL , Shell scripting , Automation processes
- Must have experience in SDLC processes
- Must have experience to lead a group of test engineers
- Perform deliverable reviews, provide functional/technical leadership, and support team members in the completion of deliverables
- Responsible for stakeholder management and stakeholder communication including status reporting (PSR/WSR)
- Responsible for completion of assigned project within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
Qualifications:
B.Tech/MCA/Graduation from a premier institute (Minimum 15 years of formal education).
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
At least 6+ years experience in Data Warehouse / Database Quality Assurance.
Knowledge of the software development life cycle and processes for quality assurance guidelines
Should have executed the complete SDLC of atleast one project using ETL technologies like Data Stage / Informatica
Should have exp of writing SQL queries and should have working knowledge in Oracle/DB2.
Experience in creating test plans, test cases, scripts.
Experience of manual testing on relational database systems
Experience in data analysis and data testing.
Experience with QMF, Knowledge of the Autosys scheduling tool desirable
Demonstrated efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Project, Visio), Experience with defect tracking tools like Mercury Quality Center or Test Director
Experience with data profiling tools like Evoke and Profile stage desirable, Exposure to the Healthcare and/or Medicare fields is a plus Good communication skills (verbal / phone / written), Previous experience of customer interaction
Experience of working in an international company is desirable. , Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
